Founded in 1983 by Karl Mauldin and Harold Morris, M&M takes its name from its founders’ surnames — Mauldin and Morris. The company has grown from a family-owned door and window supplier into an established name in replacement windows and doors throughout Dallas–Fort Worth.
A Legacy of Family and Trust
In 1995, Rick and Dawn Jasper purchased M&M, continuing its tradition of family ownership. Through decades of growth and the challenges brought by a devastating tornado in 2012, they built the company around faith, integrity, and a commitment to putting customers first.
Their philosophy was simple: provide quality products, stand behind your work, and treat customers right.
Continuing the Legacy
That commitment continues today. In 2026, Keith Martin, owner of B&K Windows, purchased M&M to build upon its longstanding reputation and support its continued growth.
Rick remains actively involved, working with customers and helping M&M serve Weatherford, Parker County, and surrounding communities. As B&K Windows becomes part of the M&M family, the focus remains on dependable products, personal service, and quality installation.
